Mr Woollard
MEET MR WOOLLARD
MF MARTIAL ARTS INSTRUCTOR & with MRS WOOLLARD OWNERS OF MF TEAM WOOLLARD
Mr Woollard is a leader dedicated to building confident, disciplined, and resilient young people. Through MF TEAM WOOLLARD and the team, he creates much more than classes - he builds character, community, and future leaders.
He calls on his experience from having served for 12 years in the Royal Air Force, and his experience as both an Athlete and Coach.
During his athletics career he won numerous AAA titles, as well as competing at home and overseas. He was a member of the Coaching Staff for the RAF Representative Ladies Football Squad during the season they won the Presidents Cup in Holland, and the Inter Services Trophy for the first time.
Outside of MF, he enjoys spending time with his family, and family pet (MF TEAM WOOLLARD MASCOT) Scout (Crazy cute Cocker Spaniel).
In addition, He enjoys travelling, Football & F1.
MISS G
MEET MISS G
MF MARTIAL ARTS INSTRUCTOR
When younger she had nearly a decade of dedication to Wado-ryu Karate under her belt, & holds a 2nd Dan black belt and has proudly represented England on both national and international stages.
Her martial arts has not only shaped her discipline and focus but also sparked a passion for mentoring the next generation—guiding young students through their belt martial arts journey and building their confidence on and off the mat.
Outside the dojo, Miss G finds her strength and serenity in the stables. She currently owns three horses, each of whom she’s personally broken in—a process she’s mastered with patience, respect, and deep connection. Sharing this passion, she mentors her goddaughter, offering hands-on experience to help pave her path into the equestrian world.
Whether she’s throwing punches or saddling up, Miss G leads with precision, passion, and purpose.
Her outstanding attitude as a coach, she is an inspiration to all of her students of all ages.
Mr Atkinson
Meet Mr Atkinson
MF MARTIAL ARTS INSTRUCTOR
Mr Atkinson brings a strong work ethic, along with practical experience and a real life passion into his MF Martial Arts journey.
With his background from the building trade, he has developed discipline, resilience and a practical hands on mindset that is clear in everything he puts his mind to. Something that has been demonstrated in his own Martial Arts journey, with his family, he understands the value of working hard, consistency and leading by example.
A big football fan, also enjoying the Gym and the Great Outdoors, he leads an active lifestyle and believes in the importance of both psychical strength and mental toughness.
Above all he values quality time with his family - something that has naturally led him into MF Martial Arts in the first place. A journey that began from supporting from the sidelines, soon became something more.
After witnessing first hand the confidence, growth and life skills his daughters developed on the program, he felt inspired to step forward himself.
He is committed to learning, improving and helping other families build the same self belief, resilience and self confidence.
Mr Atkinson leads with humility, effort and heart - and is proud to be part of the MF Family.
MISS ALEX
MEET MISS ALEX
MF DANCE INSTRUCTOR
Miss Alex brings energy, experience, and passion to MF Dance Staffordshire. She has been dancing for 13 years, with her main style being street dance, and has developed a strong love for performance!
Alongside her dance background, miss Alex is currently studying for a Master’s degree in Marketing at Birmingham City University and is also a sports coach, giving her a strong understanding of physical development, safe training practices, and performance enhancement. This allows her to support dancers both creatively and physically, helping them build confidence, coordination, and strength.
MISS ABBIE

Introducing Miss Abbie, a dance prodigy whose passion for movement began at the tender age of two. Her journey through the world of dance has seen her master a variety of styles, earning her a plethora of awards in competitions across the UK. Highlights include performing at Disneyland Paris. She has also performed alongside renowned performers like Layton Williams & Jonny Labey.
With studying a BA (Hons) degree from the University of Derby, Miss Abbie has an extensive background in teaching and coaching. Her dedication to nurturing talent and fostering creativity in her students is unmatched, making her an inspiring figure in the dance community.
As the lead of the students at MF Dance Staffordshire, Miss Abbie brings the vibrant energy and wealth of experience to every class, guiding dancers on their artistic journeys with a perfect blend of hard work and imaginative flair.
MISS LYRA
MEET MISS LYRA
MF DANCE INSTRUCTOR
Miss Lyra took up Dance almost as soon as she could walk, trying out a variety of concepts but her main focus being Street.
During her time at Sutton Girls she created the choreography for the events she was involved with at school productions. In addition to her background in Dance, Miss Lyra has years of experience working with children as an experienced Gymnastics Coach, & enjoys competing in Acrobatic Gymnastics.
Having completed her Street Dance & Teacher Training with MF Dance she is currently studying at Liverpool University and still teaches with MF Dance team supporting the students in making progressions in not only their routines, but also growing in confidence, self-esteem and growing into confident young individuals.
